Once our sales team receives the order, the information is processed and passed to our manufacturing department. From there, the job is entered into our Camduct system, and the appropriate metal gauge is de-coiled and plasma cut into individual components. One of our experienced fabricators then assembles the pieces, while any flange requirements are cut and prepared.
The final stage involves flanging, sealing, and wrapping the completed ductwork, ready for delivery. All of our ductwork is manufactured to meet the latest DW industry standards.

Our 6,000 sq/ft distribution warehouse holds over £200,000 worth of spiral duct, fittings, and ductwork installation accessories. We stock a wide range of sizes from 100mm to 500mm, including many less common options such as 180mm and 224mm, with additional sizes available to order.
Our shelves are fully stocked with everything needed for a complete installation—spiral duct, bends, shoes, support rings, flexible ducting, flex clips, and grilles. We also carry all the essential fixings and consumables, including nuts, bolts, channel, sealant, phenolic strip, and semi-rigid flex.
In addition, we supply components for ductwork manufacture such as turning vanes, mounting track, and flanges in all sizes. Our distribution also covers fire dampers, volume control dampers, fans, heater batteries, and plastic ductwork from trusted manufacturers. And if we don’t have what you need in stock, we can source it quickly from our UK and European supply partners.
Deliveries
We operate our own fleet of eight vehicles—five Luton vans and three smaller panel vans—enabling us to deliver your order to Maidstone efficiently and in an environmentally conscious manner. When were CVK founded and how have they grown?
We were founded as a partnership in 1994, initially focusing on manufacturing rectangular ductwork and structural steelwork. In 1998, we became a limited company as our staff and equipment grew. In 2013, we expanded into distributing spiral ductwork, fittings, and associated products, becoming East Kent’s biggest manufacturer and distributor in this field. In December 2023, we relocated to larger premises to improve efficiency and stock capacity. Our fleet has expanded from one van to eight vehicles.
