At CVK we have two sides to our business, we have a manufacturing facility, and distribution facility.
When we manufacture any piece of ductwork in Kent, it has to go through key stages, from initial input and job creation, through to the final assembly stage.
Whether the request comes as a site sketch or a full on production drawing , they are treated the same, Our sales team first process the paperwork, and pass over to manufacturing, who then input it into our Camduct system, The relevant gauge metal is de coiled and plasma cut into piece form. One of our many skilled staff will then assemble these pieces, whilst and flange requirements are cut and assembled, ready for the final stages of flanging , sealing and wrapping requirements ready for despatch.
All our Ductwork in Kent is manufactured to the relevant DW industry standard required.
Within our new 6000 sq/ft distribution warehouse, we have stock of approximately £200,000 of spiral , fittings and associated ductwork installation accessories. We keep sizes 100mm to 500mm on the shelf including stocks of many of the less popular industry sizes (180,224) with other sizes available to order.
Our stocked range consists of everything you’d need to do a full installation, from spiral , bends, shoes, support rings, all the way through to flexible duct, flex clips and grilles.
We also keep nuts , bolts, channel , sealant, along with more unusual products like phenolic strip and semi rigid flex. We also stock products for the manufacture of ductwork. Turning vane , mounting track and all sized flanges. Allied to this we distribute, fire dampers, Volume control dampers, fans , Heater batteries and Plastic ductwork from all the leading manufacturers. If we haven’t got the item you need we can quickly source it from our UK and European partners.
We run our own fleet of 8 vehicles, we have 5 luton vans and 3 smaller panel vans , allowing us to deliver your project in the most cost effective environmentally friendly way.Whilst delivering, we aim to deliver in the most geographically sensible way and our vehicles are loaded this way, factoring in any specific time or site requirements where possible. Our drivers are all employed by us and all wear uniform and carry the relevant PPE , enabling trouble free deliveries to sites.
Our fleet are all fitted with tracking devices so that we can provide current locations at any given time. We are constantly updating our fleet so that they meet the latest emission requirements. Maintenance on our fleet is critical to us, as down time effects the service we can provide, and Servicing our customers is Key to our core values. We also have access to external courier services, that give us the flexibility for Lorries and Motorcycles if required. We traditionally cover the south east of England and London, but can cover the whole country.
